Konsyl Original

I have been attempting to live life a little healthier recently, so I have been taking vitamins and also eating healthier.  I have always heard about taking fiber supplements to keep you healthy as well.  I was offered a chance to review Konsyl Original Fiber Supplements for free as part of a product review.

Konsyl is 100% natural, gluten free, and sugar free fiber supplement.  It is also a laxative so it helps you when you are having constipation issues, and also helps keep you regular.  Konsyl actually contains 75% more "psyllium" than other fiber supplements.  Psyllium is an ingredient that is in a lot of fiber cereals, and it helps reduce blood cholesterol levels.  

Konsyl comes in convenient To-Go packets that can be tucked into you purse or to keep in your desk at work.  It also comes in the powder containers if you just wanted to keep it at home.

  The Konsyl To-Go packets came with a shaker cup with a lid.  I measured out 8 oz of water then poured it into the shaker cup.  The "Fill Line" actually measured out 8 oz of water, so no need for a measuring cup in the future.

When pouring the powder into the water, you want to make sure you mix the powder really well.  In the directions there is actually a warning that the liquid thickness could cause choking so add more water if you are unsure!  

I tasted the Konsyl water mix, and it didn't have any taste so I decided to add a lemon juice mix to it.  When I looked at the website I saw that there is an orange flavor for the To-Go packs, but I wish there were more options for flavors.
