Whenever I am at the grocery store, I always have a rough time choosing a frozen pizza.  I am a very picky eater and if the frozen pizza even looks strange I just cannot eat it.  Not to mention the very bland almost frost bitten taste a lot of them have. YUCK!  Well Evol Foods sent me some frozen pizzas and as a part of a really neat summer promotion they asked me to grill....yes I said GRILL my pizza!

A received a big box in the mail with a styrofoam cooler inside that also had dry ice to keep the pizzas frozen.  It was super important they packaged the pizza like that especially here in Florida.

My family decided on trying the Four Cheese & Basil first.  We fired up the grill and waited patiently for it to heat up.  We took some foil and placed it on our BBQ rack then placed the pizza on top of the foil.

There is even a cute sticker in the box!

I was surprised to see that this specific pizza was actually a vegetarian pizza.  I have always pictured frozen vegetarian foods to not taste good at all, but this was very flavorful.

The cheese melted beautifully and the edges were lightly crisped.  The mozzarella, asiago, fontina, and parmesan cheeses blended perfectly with the pieces of basil.

As you can see my husband loved it, and baby Lucas was looking at the plate saying mmm mmmm!
