The Importance of Stress Relief During Menopause
Because menopause creates a hormonal imbalance in the body, it is of vital importance that we know how to keep stress out of the equal. As with all stresses, it is great if you can eliminate as many of them from your life as possible. When you find that you are worrying about something, ask yourself if it is really important. Most of the time, the answer will be no. We are very capable of easily stressing out about things because we care too much.   1. The exercise is so true! I just graduated from my university in May and am now living independently and so the timing of this series has been great. I’ve still got a few things to put into better practice but I can use the excuse of living 10.000mi away from home in all honesty.
    I’ve been running and swimming regularly and its amazing how much of a difference it makes. The days that I don’t get out just drive me absolutely nuts.
